Negative: The sofas have an unpleasant odor, the dining chairs are stained, and the kitchen surfaces feel sticky. There are also far too many cockroaches around the property, which suggests there may be a nest nearby. It would be a good idea to arrange professional pest control treatment. The shower in the master bedroom leaks, causing the bathroom floor to flood after every shower. The water does not drain properly and tends to stagnate, which creates a persistent damp smell.

Very peaceful experience: in the middle of present situation. No sound of interceptions :-) comparritively safer locatio Positive: Great place for family friendly holidays. Peaceful ambience and nice community. Great value for money. Negative: Everything was great except an odor from the common bathroom on the first floor. I think this will be taken care of.
