Tranquil 4BR Villa | Pool & Coastal Charms

Positive: Location Negative: Our stay at this villa was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected for a property of this level and price. The problems started even before check-in. Nobody informed us in advance that Emirates IDs/passports were required for community access. As a result, after driving 1.5 hours to the villa on a Friday in extreme heat, we were forced to wait at the entrance for around 40 minutes. I was unable to reach the villa owner to resolve the issue, which made the situation even more frustrating and stressful. 1. The AC in the kitchen was completely broken, making the area unbearably hot. After several complaints, the maintenance team finally came and confirmed that the AC engine was dead. On top of that, after their visit they left garbage behind, and I had to spend my own time cleaning the villa. 2. The guest toilet on the first floor had no working flush at all. 3. There were also issues with the air conditioning in both the kids’ room and the master bedroom. 4. The bedsheets in the kids’ room had holes in them, which is absolutely unacceptable for a villa advertised as luxury accommodation. Overall, the maintenance, cleanliness, organization, and quality standards of this villa are unacceptable for this category of property. We expected comfort and professional service, but instead experienced constant inconvenience throughout our stay.
